Hellooo thanks for writing for me! Down here I'll list my DNW (the same as the sign-up really) plus further prompts and explanations. Prompts are optional, as long as you don't write anything that's in my fandom or general DNW you can have fun with your own ideas. Also, most of the smut tags I picked are things that I like in general, so if you think a tag that isn't listed for the ship you picked but is listed for another one would work great for your fic, please feel free to take it and use it. The only exception here is in the few cases I ask for a ship with hashtag ProblematicTM aspects: I'd rather not have very specific tags that deal with sensitive things applied to ships with a completely different mood.

General DNW:

AUs unless requested • No BIG canon divergencies unless requested, though I'm okay with "pick your canon" unless I state a preference. • Crack fic. • Focus on pregnancy or childbirth. • Focus on, or mentions of, gender dysphoria. • Character bashing. I am happy with characters disagreeing passionately and having negative opinions of other characters, but don't make them into your mouthpiece. Also don't make fun or belittle characters, especially those of the requested ships. • Focus on scat, piss, vomit. I'm fine with mentions of unsanitary things, but no focus on it; as in, nothing that is deliberately trying to squick the reader out or is kinking on these fluids. (Blood is perfectly fine.) • Second person writing. • Issuefic also known as educational fiction. • No writing out of canon-compliant various -isms or phobias. If a world or time period is homophobic, I don't want the struggles of characters that have to live with it written away. General Likes:

I'm happiest when stories get into some in-depth character exploration. The plot of your story may be minimal, it may be slice of life, small missing moments, I tend to not care as much as long as characterisation and interactions between people offer emotional depth. For smut, the same thing applies: hot action is good, but I like it better when there's something that happens, in an emotional sense, to the characters involved. This doesn't have to be romantic love by any means, I very much enjoy friends with benefits and the like.

I like banters between characters, historical attention to details, politics, clashing point of views, complicated relationships, UST, bittersweet endings where not all things are solved neatly, hope for the future, moral ambiguity, explored dysfunctionality, love shown through subtlety, love that is not confessed, regret, hard-won redemptions and the distrust that comes with it, power dynamics, characters that won't ever relent. I like the consensual but not safe or sane, emotional manipulation, rivalries, even those that aren't entirely solved, and especially those that take a long journey to come to an understanding. For my less wholesome ships, I am totally fine if they don't live happily ever after.


Requests

The Silmarillion

SILM DNW: Doubling down on no bashing or making fun of any characters, especially the Feanorians. • Caranthir as greedy or doing embroidery. • Gil-Galad blood related to the Feanorians. • LaCE written as a biological imperative aka banging gets you soul bonded and automatically married. • All-benevolent Valar or ANY other group written as "they did nothing wrong". • Outright abusive parenting, especially wrt to Feanor (difficult parenting is okay) • Ignoring the existence of canon marriages/loves for characters in requested ships (e.g. don't completely ignore that Curufin had a wife or Finrod was in love with Amarie). • Soft saint Maglor. • *Strong* preference for all non-canon ships to be secret relationships but I'll read different takes.

Caranthir/Haleth
My singular DNW for this ship is writing it as Haleth not respecting Caranthir, or him being a fool or deceived by different cultural expectations and her laughing at him. *Hard* DNW for that. Other than that, I like varied takes on a complicated relationship with two very proud people who are turbulent and into each other but cannot for many reasons be truly together. If you want to add an unexpected pregnancy and secret children, go for it. The ex sex tag is in case you'd like to make them meet again when Haleth is older.

This ship is a completely open playground! I put it in this request group because it makes me think of sex between rivals, of debates on poetry and music, of a professional relationship with benefits. I'm not thinking of an especially romantic ship, but if you have a different idea that struck you when you read this, absolutely be my guest. I don't have strong headcanons on Elemmire's gender, can be a woman, a man, NB, trans or cis, I'll be along for the ride.

Curufin/Finrod
One of my favourite Finrod ships. I tend to default to the Nargothrond period here, but if you have takes on them in Valinor I'll def read them. The Ex Sex tag is here in case you enjoy them having had a thing in Valinor (consumed or not) that is resumed again in Beleriand. I very much like Curufin being into the golden hair, I enjoy power plays, a push and pull with Finrod's conflicted feelings (even guilt over not being faithful to Amarie is cool) and Curufin's manipulation, and Finrod seeing that manipulation and going along with it, and/or Curufin having some true feelings underneath... it's a messy ship that culminates in a betrayal. Have your fun with it.

Amras/Amrod/Nellas
One of my two incest exceptions, though I would still prefer it if Amras and Amrod didn't directly have penetrative or oral sex with each other. I think it'd be cool to explore their personal identity dynamics and issues, and how they get entangled into them or try to step away from them. How could they relate to having a sexual relationship with the same person? Does Nellas realise or is she somewhat aware and complicit in this game? If not, do they deliberately keep it from her? Is it ever a true threesome, the three of them together and the twins skirting around each other, elaborating each other's presence, or do they have sex with Nellas separately? The only DWN for this: the twins being in full-on romantic love or the incest's dysfunctional and problematic aspects written as cute.

Feanor/Fingolfin
The other incest exception. They have so much unresolved Stuff that I'd be curious to see where you take it. For this ship, I'm also interested in AU in which they are both reembodied in the modern world and have to navigate it alone, pushing the codependency moods to the highest levels. I'd prefer if Fingolfin weren't treated as nice and submissive to Feanor, I very much like this to be an even match. Again though, I'd not want to see them genuinely Romantically Into Each Other, if that makes sense. I am here for the mess.

Celegorm/Luthien
Listen... if you can find a way to write this that isn't outright non-con, I'll be so down to read. Note I haven't requested non-con and rape remains a DNW. So... however else you can spin it. An AU in which there's enough emotional manipulation that she ends up accepting his marriage proposal? Unwilling attraction on Luthien's side? A political move and she somehow agrees with it? OR! Switch it around and use the fact that apparently everyone was under Luthien's spell to make it dubiously consensual on both sides -- maybe she feels guilty about it? Celegorm knows and doesn't care? Idk just... go wild.

Aredhel/Celegorm
Love this ship. My preference is generally that Aredhel is aro and loves Celegorm in a non-romantic way, and Celegorm loves her romantically but never tells her so, all the while having more or less casual sex. If you have a different interpretation, however, I'll read it! If you go with my hc, though, please avoid lingering on Celegorm angsting over her Not Really Loving Him. I'll read approximately anything you have about this ship, in Valinor, Beleriand, or even after some far off reembodiment. I tend to read Celegorm as a fairly dominant sexual partner, but if anyone can get him to submit, that's Aredhel. Also if you want to include hunting and forest sex and sexually charged chase scenes, be my guest.

Essentially here to let you have fun with worldbuilding and OCs. You see any of the relationship types and tags I described elsewhere and want to apply them to OCs, go for it and enjoy yourself. Not terribly interested in Gondolin or Doriath though, so if you go for original elves maybe go for people from elsewhere?

The married couples. Caranthir's wife and Curufin's are non-characters, so essentially there for you to create someone. We know Curufin's wife didn't follow him into exile, but we know nothing about Caranthir's, so feel free to say that she did and to write them in Beleriand rather than in Valinor. As for smut likes, honestly anything I've already listed that you think might be hot for any of them.

Curufin/Telchar, Celebrimbor/Narvi, Finrod/Turgon, Finwe/Thingol
Putting all these together because they speak to me of the same concept of sex and/or love based on friendship and mutual respect. Finwe/Thingol is a little different in that I don't think there are romantic feelings of any sort involved (but I'll read otherwise if you want to write it differently, so don't let it daunt you), though maybe some gentle pining. The other three, I am absolutely down for a romantic reading of the ship. I tend to prefer a male Narvi, but I'll happily read female (or other HCs) as well. For Curufin/Telchar, I love that Curufin received Angrist and even learnt Khuzdul! There's so much trust implied in that. Finrod/Turgon, the pining of friends... I'd be okay with Turgon pining more than the other way around, but either way have fun, write it as you want.

Edrahil/Finrod
I love this ship especially as a king&lionheart trope, though I really do enjoy it when Edrahil is pining after Finrod and it isn't quite so much a balanced and mutual relationship. I will, however, read any other take you have on this. (Also, if you want to mix it with Curufin/Finrod, Edrahil side-eyeing the whole deal, I'm down for that too).

Celebrimbor/Hector (Castlevania)
Okay this is technically a different fandom, under crossovers, but I'm putting it here. This one comes with the rape warning, but not either doing it to the other. I just think that they both (or at the very least Hector) suffered it at the hands of Annatar and Lenore. I include the character death since Celebrimbor may have died and then returned. How these two meet, I have no idea. Maybe Tyelpe didn't even die and was turned into a vampire by Turingwethil still serving Sauron, and now is helping Hector to flee, or maybe there's a collision of worlds, or whatever else. Let them work through the trauma and help each other. Hector is very much a kicked puppy so it'd be preferable to me if Tyelpe was like... less so. I cannot read too much commiseration lol.

Okay you'll have noticed that I have a thing for relationships between rivals and these are among those who fall under that umbrella. I think the first ship is geared towards a modern setting, but I would actually love it (even more) if the setting was something historical (Victorian?) or even fantasy or whatever else strikes your fancy. I would like to see a take where the prissy lady is in fact the more dominant of the two, or at least puts up a very good fight. As usual, though, prompts are optional. The other one may be a fantasy setting, or something closer to magical realism, any idea you have is fine by me. Playing with the opposition of powers would be cool, though if you have different ideas about this, go for them.

Female Knight/Queen she is oathbound to, Female Knight/Female Squire, Wicked Queen/Loyal Knight
The medieval setting with loyalty themes! The knight/squire one has an obvious power imbalance, but absolutely do not make it creepy with underage stuff, even if I do enjoy some mentorship shenanigans, nor do I want the squire to be so inexperienced and innocent that it becomes obviously predatory. Bath house prompt is for this ships (as usual you can switch around), and I would certainly enjoy something about the adrenaline of battle, about violence and learning about dealing with violence. I also love armour kinks acts of service and devotion, which work for the other two ships as well. Queen/Oathbound knight and Wicked Queen/Loyal Knight are very similar, I just think the latter has a darker twist to it. What does it mean to crave the love of your monarch? Is this a true romance or something tangled up in the feelings of loyalty? A court romance? Do they consummate or just masturbate (in front of each other)? Is there manipulation in its darker version, a bloodlust? Any dynamics of sexual sumbmission in either? Is this a secret deal? Go wild.

Vengeful Ghost of Murdered Noblewoman/Her former Husband's New Bride
A team up! Maybe the husband killed his former wife? And the angry ghost is now wanting to take revenge on him, so she starts interacting with the new bride? Maybe they plan murder of the husband together, maybe the bride breaks the marriage or flees, maybe the bride helps the ghost to take revenge herself and finally move on? I just don't want the ghost to take revenge on the innocent bride and to blame her simply for existing. If there's a villain in this story at all, it should be the husband. Other than that, go wild! I very much enjoy the idea of the bride having sex with someone she cannot see. Even publicly! She can feel it, but no one can tell what is going on. Any other fun ghost sex shenanigans should be good, and I don't mind a bit of horror and creepiness either, provided my DNW are kept in mind.

Beloved But Secretly Ruthless Political Leader/Knight Who Does His Dirty Work, Male Monarch/Male Knight, Warlord/HIs Sorcerer Lover
These are very similar to their F/F counterparts! The flavour is slightly different but the concept is the same: a ruler and someone loyal to them. I love love love entanglements of morality, and how the loyal subject is willing to compromise out of devotion (and the ruthless leader/loyal knight one may have a little bit of dub con if you like, playing with the power imbalance). For the warlord and sorcerer, I definitely also enjoy a take in which the sorcerer is just as wicked as the warlord, feel free to make both nasty. There was a threesome version for this ship that included a captured/conquered subject, but I didn't want to read any non-con/rape; I am, however, absolutely down to read them being cruel and violent towards a third party, without it becoming sexual (the sex coming into play privately, later on). King/Knight is a more wholesome version of the other two, I suppose? Secret relationship, devotion... go wild.

This is the "I laughed so much" request. These two were just funny! You're of course free to develop them in a serious manner, but I'm not at all opposed to a humorous take when it comes to these. Are the two monks colleagues, one is younger and the other older, are they friends, is there any guilt in their actions? I didn't interpret this ship as something that touches heavily on themes of guilt because of how funny it reads, but honestly just do whatever you want with it. And the other is just really amusing, I'll read anything.

Ancient Roman Gladiator/His Closest Male Rival, Pirate Captain/Naval Officer Stranded with him on an Uninhabited Island, Smug Sexy Rogue/Buttoned-up Irritable Nobleman
Rivalries! You're noticing a theme in many of my requests? Yeah, there's a theme. Obviously all these come with different flavours, but the recurring thread is that these two people don't like or should not like each other, but they end up finding a compromise... or maybe it's hatesex... or maybe it's hatesex but with real deep feelings. I think for the first two themes of hurt/comfort work really well too, finding a sort of communality in hardship. I'll leave it to you why the nobleman and the rogue interact. Maybe the rogue was hired by the nobleman? Maybe the rogue IS a nobleman, but with such a terrible reputation? Have fun with it.

Male Older Ancient Roman Gladiator/Male Younger Ancient Roman Patrician, Rich Dom/Bratty Hired Sub, Mentor/Ambitious Apprentice
Putting these together for the age/power imabalance. The gladiator/patrician one has more obvious dub-con undertones, especially if the patrician owns the gladiator as a slave (if you don't want to go that route, feel absolutely free not to). Perhaps there's genuine feelings developing? How much of an asshole is the young patrician? I'd like to see him snobby and sure of himself, with a bratty side who likes being manhandled. And of course the second one is full on bratty as per prompt; I would prefer a historical setting, such as Victorian, or perhaps Edwardian, the 50's, or anything else striking your fancy. Make the relationship as transactional as you want, but absolutely make it consensual! No abuse of someone who's essentially a sex worker. And the mentor/apprentice one, feel free to play with the idea of discipline and teaching, but I would very much like for the apprentice to be into this relationship and not at all coerced into it. Maybe he's so ambitious that the way he relates to someone who's aiding his growth and rise becomes twisted. Either way, both very into it is my preference! Don't be afraid to play with magic, morality, and other such things. Categorically no underage or such age differences that the predatory aspect is inevitable. Potentially keep everyone 25+?

The religious themes request. For the Cathar and the Catholic nobleman I have little to nothing except that I saw that and was very interested. Make it a philosophical debate, maybe make it more antagonistic, maybe have the nobleman help the other one... If you have any more ideas, I'm all ears. I'd prefer the templar for the third ship not to be TOO flustered and virginal, I don't kink on virginity and purity quite so much, but the idea of breaking vows and giving in is pretty good, as well as religious sentiments turned blasphemous, so feel free to play with that and whatever else you have for it. I'm leaving the details up to you. I'm also very into sex as divine ecstasy and rituality, so the ghost sex here being treated as a "divine revelation" should be great. But I'm also down for creepier takes, mixing fear with arousal.

Victorian Bareknuckle Male Fighter/Victorian gentleman who frequents his fights
Okay I set this one apart because it feels neither antagonistic, nor unbalanced, nor religious. I'm very into the idea of a pristine gentleman who's looking for rough sex or is very attracted by the rough nature of the fighter. Maybe he bets on the fighter everytime? They get to know each other? Or is it more of a paying for sex situation? How does the fighter react to that? I enjoy the idea of the gentleman being more dominant, but if the fighter gets to manhandle him that is also hot. They can get to switch. Do they develop true feelings? How do they deal with Victorian homophobic society? Do they have families? There's a lot to work with here, go wild.

Drow Matriarch/Her Fallen Rival's Sons
Okay okay okay, this ship is the most dub-con thing in my whole series of requested ships and evidently for good reasons. I will read any take about this except for straight up non-con/rape in which the victim is unwilling and in pain. But you can spin it in various ways -- at first I thought, maybe now the sons have to pledge loyalty to the matriarch? Or they aren't under her power but they need to strike up alliances and recover some form of power, and treating with her is the best way? Maybe they're willing to sacrifice themselves and try to manipulate her via a relationship. OR she is also manipulating them back. Either way, the toxicity and levels of consent involved in this ship may vary. I added tags about rape recovery because I would also very much like it if the brothers were supportive of each other's trauma in this (feel free to create a family for the matriarch as well and involve her family members in the whole deal). Bdsm themes welcome.

Mhhh I love me some gothic atmospheres. I would like to read something here that leads to the heroine willingly falling into his arms (though if you have different ideas, I'm down). A Phantom of the Opera deal if Christine had picked the phantom. Other than that, feel free to play with the tropes as you prefer, though I'd rather not have a heroine that is too innocent and gullible. Everything else is free game. Dark secrets, or a male character who is more brooding than in any way malicious... An erotic chase scene through the house could also be interesting.

This prompt implies the gothic romance one is the woman BUT I'm totally willing to have the lady be the monstrous vampire. One of my fave ships. I have some preferences for it, namely the Architect topping and Cory needing to let go of some of that stress and anger by submitting, but if that goes strongly against your headcanons I'll read something different too. I'd love to see this relationship during their human years in ancient Tevinter, but I'm down for some darkspawn action as well. I am partial to the hc of the Architect being very gender non-conforming. For ancient tevinter, be my guest with the worldbuilding, it's delicious.

This is the group of "these people might well not like each other (at first?) but I still ship it". I like seeing what you might do for Cous/Nathaniel, especially in Vigil's Keep, though even before then could be interesting; feel free to make it as political as possible and as messy as possible, I love seeing a difficult relatinoship rather than an easy forgiveness! The same goes for Varel/Orlesian warden. I didn't specify which race to go with in case you had a preference, though human would likely be the juiciest. How does it feel to serve an Orlesian, and to grow fond of them? How does it feel to work with and for Fereldan cities and be the Arl of one? Is there snark? How does the relationship grow and change into the show of loyalty that we see? Loghain/Morrigan... well, they do canonically do the do in one situation, if Loghain becomes a warden, so you could certainly go with that! I would also love to see a reunion though, maybe in Skyhold, if you can think of a way to make it happen. It doesn't have to be loving either! As for Inquisitor/Servis, the man just looks really *pretty* somehow? Those lips? Also is very mercenary. In a scenario where he now works for the Inquisition, I would love to see how they trip into bed together. Feelings? Friends with benefits? A one night stand? Go wild. I'd rather not see a Lavellan in this relationship, but everything else is fair game.

Another Loghain batch of requests... whoever nominated him so much has my love. So these all have different flavours but I want them mostly after the events of DA:O. Loghain clearly changed a lot. For Clarel, I'd love to see an AU where she survives, and who else can understand doing extreme things to save what you love and to follow your duty better than Loghain? I think they could bond over it. Hawke/Loghain, I'd really love to see how their friendship as they both flee develops, especially with a Hawke who was unromanced in DA2 or whose romance ended badly, who made her own sort of mistakes. Definitely curious in whatever approach you take there. As for Cousland/Loghain, maybe Loghain followed Cousland in her search for a cure? Maybe they return and both get involved in the Inquisition plot? Either way, how does this relationship start, do they bond over their love for Ferelden? Surprise me.

Male Adaar/Dorian Pavus, Male Cadash/Dorian Pavus
I envision these two ships with a very different mood. Dwarves are well-received in Tevinter, while Qunari (even non-Qun ones) aren't, and I would love to see these cultures interplay. Maybe a slight rivalry with Adaar before they come around? Or discussion of the Qun and their repsective experiences with it? Conversely, class difference with Cadash but familiarity with and respect for his race? Just give them some love and happiness in the end, whatever the journey. I prefer Dorian to be a little toppy.

Listen I saw this ship and went like why not. Thrask is genuinely my absolute favourite character in the whole of DA2. Do you want to make him survive and have them meet again during DA:I? Be my guest? DA2 timeline? Down for it. I would love inclusions of Olivia (his daughter) and Ambra (the blooming rose's sex worker who was the mother of their daughter). Just, idk, I love that guy and what he tries to do for/with mages but fucks up and doesn't succeed.

An idea I do have is Adaar's relationship to the Qun and her identity as a Qunari Tal-Vashoth interlacing with Bull's personal beliefs. The prompts here are even more so guidelines than the usual considering that the Inquisitor is essentially an OC.

Listen... there's SO much to say and do about this ship that honestly I leave it all up to you, write it as you prefer it. Hawke is essentially an OC anyway. I do prefer to have Anders mostly bottoming and I like it more if Hawke does feel a sense of horror and betrayal over the exploding chantry business (rather than being like "oh I sure would have helped"), and I do enjoy it if Anders' lack of, let's say, intersectionality about issues of magic and elves and slavery isn't swept under the rug (I like the ugly parts of characters to be fully explored), but other than that? Go absolutely wild.

Felix deserved so much better and here he should have it. Becoming a grey warden AU, paired with Carver? Sign me up. Also, Felix teaching him maths? Being taught how to fight well without magic now that he isn't ill all the time? All good stuff.
