Thank you for writing for me! If you are drawing, just make sure not to include those DNW that would apply to a visual medium and feel free to take inspiration from the prompts I offer. Illustrations or comics or portraits are all good. I very much enjoy some symbolism in art but don't feel bound by that.

 

Please never consider my prompts as "must do", they're there in case you don't have ideas or would like to see what precisely I like about these ships. They're guidelines to make your life easier, not tracks you can't deviate from!

Things I like!

 

I'm happiest when stories get into some in-depth character exploration. The plot of your story may be minimal (but if you really like plotty stuff, go for it, I love it too), it may be slice of life, small missing moments, I tend to not care as much as long as characterisation and interactions between people offer emotional depth. For smut, the same thing applies: hot action is good, but I like it better when there's something that happens, in an emotional sense, to the characters involved. This doesn't have to be romantic love by any means, I very much enjoy friends with benefits, conflicted feelings, toxic relationships, and the like. For any less wholesome ships, I am totally fine if they don't live happily ever after.

 

I like: banters between characters, historical attention to details, politics, clashing points of view, complicated relationships, UST, bittersweet endings where not all things are solved neatly. Hope for the future despite everything, moral ambiguity, explored dysfunctionality, love shown through subtlety, love that is not confessed, regret, hard-won redemptions and the distrust that comes with it, power dynamics, characters that won't ever relent in their goals and who feel things strongly and are larger than life. I like the consensual but not safe or sane too, and if you feel like playing with darker themes emotional manipulation is great; loyalty and betrayal themes, rivalries, enmities, even those that aren't entirely solved, and especially those that take a long journey to come to an understanding.

 

Themes of grief and mourning, trauma and recovery, fate, "the narrative", growing past hurts, but conversely also revenge quests, anger (especially towards gods, doom, the universe), generational and religious trauma, situations where everything is awful, sometimes even people, but the love is still there despite that, love that is deep and fraught and ride-or-die. Grey morality, unreliable points of view, deeply fucked up visions of the world and blind spots, ruthlessness, enthralling personalities, sacrificing things (and people) for one's goals, but also unrelenting, honest, down-to-earth goodness.

 

I enjoy explorations of social dynamics, especially classism, blind spots in one's worldview, and like I said above, power dynamics. Never worry whether you're making your noble/stableman story too "realistic", I'll always always enjoy how love/friendship or attraction or sex intersects with other life circumstances. I like to see how people move within the trappings of society and/or their beliefs, how they chafe against them or try to escape them, how they hypocritically justify their choices, or push against rules.

My requests, if it makes sense to do so within a given fandom, can always be combined and expanded on. You can include side characters I didn't request if it makes your story and world richer, and you can include OCs following the same concept. I only ask that the requested characters and relationships take centre stage. Combining means, for example, that if I request Frodo&Pippin and Frodo/Sam, it's ok to write a fic where both of those relationships meaningfully appear.

 

GENERAL DNW

 

AUs unless requested. • No BIG canon divergencies unless requested. • Crack fic. Fluff fic, kidfic, in general stories focusing on cuteness and domesticity. • Focus on pregnancy or childbirth. • Focus on gender dysphoria. • Character bashing. I am happy with characters disagreeing passionately and having negative opinions of other characters, but don't make them into your mouthpiece. Also don't humiliate or belittle characters gratuitously, especially those of the requested ships. • Focus on excrements, piss, vomit. I'm fine with mentions of unsanitary things, but no focus on it; as in, nothing that is deliberately trying to squick the reader out or is kinking on these fluids. (Blood is perfectly fine.) • Second person writing. • "Educational" fiction. Some of the characters in my requests can be objectively and patently wrong in their beliefs, we all know that, so please when writing a pov that's wrong/prejudiced in some manner don't insert any "and that, kids, was morally a bad thing" in the text. • No writing out of canon-compliant various -isms or -phobias. If a world area or time period is e.g. homophobic, I don't want the struggles of characters who have to live with it written away. However, if such things are not present in a given situation, don't add them in for the sake of it. • A/B/O, genderswap, alien genitalia, m!preg, sex pollen, fake dating, fuck or die tropes. • Maggots, terminal illnesses, feederism and eating disorders, soulmates and hanahaki. • Daddy/mommy kink, de-aging of characters, ageplay and infantilisation, diapers, pet play, feet, enemas and urethral plays, insistence on how large a penis or breasts are, objectification. • Medical play and assorted medical kinks, as well as medical situations utilised to emphasise powerlessness or horror (such as unwilling experiments) unless requested or canon to the ships/story/character. Torture is otherwise ok if warranted. • Underage and non-con between requested characters (dub-con is fine but only if requested or canon). Rape experiences or trauma are fine as background or in the story as long as they're not detailed or the focus (but never between nominated characters unless requested or canon). Incest unless requested or canon (cousins okay). • Any variation of the word "come" spelled as "cum". • No X character is secretly a bastard of Y character unless requested or canon (relatedly, no non-canon cheating on a spouse). • Denial of structural power imbalances even/especially in positive and/or consensual relationships. • When a character has a canon love interest but I request a ship with someone else, please acknowledge the love interest/spouse and do not bash them or say the requested character hates them now.

 

Prompts!

• Christian God/John Donne

So this request comes all from the poem "Batter my heart, three person'd God" as you can probably imagine. But any other poem that calls to you more works as well! Any interpretation you have of this request is cool by me. Is it a vision that John Donne is having? Does he receive verbal instructions on self-flagellation? Some other form of sexual-religious ecstasy? Does God literally come in the room for religiously-tinted sexual interactions? Is John Donne mastubating? Is it otherwise not explained? Really just take the poems and go wild.

• Angel/Jacob

My entire prompt is "wrestling, huh?" This request can be more violent and questionable, can border on dub con, and you can go heavy with themes of submission and winning over your opponent. No preference on who gets to "win". Emphasis on a Jewish interpretation also welcome, as opposed to any Christian one.

• Nyarlathotep/Randolph Carter, Nyarlathotep/Miskatonic University Professor

Fuck em up, literally. For Nyarla and Randolph, you can easily use the canon setting, having Randolph meet, or meet again, the monstrous deity during any of the canon novellas or short stories. Give it a nightmarish twist, or whatever else you like. Nyarla is after all a dream god. However, if you want to make up an entirely new scenario, that's also cool with me. The OC version of this is here in case you get idea for some entirely new fellow to get his dreams (heh) screwed. Psychological horror and cosmic horror are perfectly ok, as is heavy dub con.

• Takhisis/Raistlin/Crysania, Takhisis/Raistlin/Dalamar, Takhisis/Raistlin, Takhisis/Kitiara

Okay so... what if Crysania tries to save Raistlin? What if she stays when he enters Takhisis' realm? What if... any other what if you can think of, really. Maybe she goes evil? Maybe she stays because Raistlin asks her to? Another scenario? Dub con okay. The version with Dalamar is probably some kind of evil trio situation. Maybe it's Takhisis who manifests this side of the world and both Dalamar and Raistlin are there? And of course, there doesn't need to be a third. Raistlin and Takhisis are the stars of the show, and whether it's her who manifests in the world, or him trapped in her realm, something a little psychosexual is going on there. Dub con ok, but as per DNW no violent non con. Conversely, I'd be curious to see Kitiara with her "boss" in an evil girls situation. What are Kitiara's feelings on Takhisis, is there some form of seduction? I'd love to see this relationship explored in depth.

• Aredhel/Celegorm/Orome, Celegorm/Orome, Celegorm/Tilion

I'm fascinated by the relationship between the Ainur and the elves who are devout to them or who learn from them. I also love Celegorm/Aredhel as a ship, and how he was her favourite of all her cousins. How would they interact with Orome? What of Celegorm alone with Orome or Tilion? Even more so than sex, I'd be curious to see sexualised rituals or very visceral relationships that don't have so much to do with human (or, well, elven) bodily functions. I would largely prefer if Celegorm had silver hair. I would also largely prefer if Aredhel, no matter your headcanoned skin colour, were paler than every one else; so, Celegorm and other elves in general should always have a darker complexion than she does. If that makes them all very dark skin, that's cool by me.

• Aule/Feanor, Aule/Feanor/Nerdanel

So, Aule "lover of Feanor". Build on that, this should be really fun. They have a lot in common, up to a point, and Feanor used to be his guest very often, so I would be curious to see the relationship between the god and someone who is as great at craft as him. Throwing in Nerdanel should be fun too, the boys don't need to keep all the fun to themselves.

• Feanor/Melkor

I primarily want to see this in Valinor, as I am not interested in Feanor as a captive stories. Make it hatesex, make it Melkor trying anything and everything to get Feanor's favour and attention. Have Feanor top him. Make their similarities work to light a spark, furious and proud. Have Melkor try to imitate Nerdanel to get Feanor's attention (genderfluid Melkor is cool). Go wild lol.

• Tulkas/Orome/Nessa, Orome/Nessa

So really this is about interpreting Nessa as a goddess (or a genderfluid goddess-god) of prey, being hunted by her brother. And hunt, penetration, death and sex, all mixed together, to Orome's hunt god, cycle of life and death god, is really cool. You can go for symbolism, for outright gory sex (I don't really care here to keep it realistic, they're deities), for hunting Nessa down in the woods and then things ensue. No incest clause obviously waived. Throw in Tulkas, her actual husband, for a warrior/twink situation (and here returns the genderfluidity), for a dancer/fighter kind of physical wrestling. And Orome, who knows everything about his sister-goddess, watches from the sidelines?

• Vulvine Reine d'Extase/Death

So this is a short movie produced by Gobelins, all very nsfw, where a queen does increasingly horrible things so she can get to have the personification of death. It's very sexual, gory, and fucked-up, and it's only five minutes long. This is the twitter page where you can find the link to watch it in the description, and I really can't provide better prompts than the short itself. Dub con, gore, and other forms of horror are all ok.

• Corypheus/Dumat, Architect/Urthemiel, Architect/Corypheus

I like using the name Callistus for the Architect, but you don't have to if you don't like it. I really enjoy the Architect and Corypheus in ancient Tevinter, when they were human and scheming and getting promised by voices that they'd become gods. Were those voices real, the real gods? Why did Corypheus go to the Architect first, to share his plans? I don't really want to see actual dragon fucking, but if you want to bring the sex from devotional acts and psychological-sexual prayer, you can always use the dragon's tongue and the like. Just not really into giant dragon dicks. Also, if you're into darkspawn Cory and Architect, you're free to use that version too. How have they changed since the last time they spoke? Surprise me.

• Andraste/Hessarian/Vasilia

For Andraste, Hessarian, and Vasilia... look. I'm not saying write a soapy version of history as presented in Isabela's sponsored book "Hessarian's Spear", but I would not be opposed to it. I would also love to read a serious version, though. Likely far less smutty, considering her circumstances, but what if Hessarian and Andraste have a long existential conversation together before she's put to death? What if, in addition to all the political reasons Hessarian would have had to make this move, he actually feels a little more than something for her, during the brief time they can talk? What if he's torn between his wife whom he loves very much and the prophet? Whichever way you take this, I will be super interested in reading it. I'd prefer a V relationship with Hessarian as the cusp.

• Corypheus/Female Adaar

Idk I just think it's intriguing. If Adaar goes evil, you have free game for anything. With a captured Adaar, it's impossible to not go into heavy dub con, which is fine, just please make sure to be careful with it. Overall, just enjoy yourself with this one.
